We all need a little therapy now and again! Just like our bodies need regular care and upkeep, and some extra support from a medical professional occasionally, our minds and internal selves need regular attention and support, as well. Therapy has a place for the proactive mental health seekers and those who have pain, troubles, and vulnerabilities that need care and healing.

Sessions available in person or virtually.

There’s no commitment, pressure, or obligation. Best results occur when you can commit to weekly one-hour sessions for at least 6-8 weeks.
